We LOVE Fall! And what better way to usher in the cooler weather than with a day packed full of fun, food, games and entertainment for the whole family?! Well… we’d love to show ya! Come on out to Light Farms on Saturday, October 25th for our Fall Festival + Family Fun Day!
The celebration begins at 4pm on the central lawn at The Barn Yard. We’ll have plenty of lawn games for you and your family to enjoy like flag football, croquet, horseshoes, bocce ball and corn hole. (We’ve even loaded up on kickballs, frisbees, hula hoops and kites too!) Our day will be PACKED with all other kinds of exciting activities like prize giveaways, face painters, hay rides, live music and awesome food from three of the area’s hottest food trucks. Â
Here’s a snapshot of our day: Eddie Coker performs from 4-5pm and Deadmoon Choir from 6-8pm (you don’t want to miss these shows!). Popular food trucks Eat Jo Dawgs and What’s Da Scoop will be serving up delicious food from 5-7pm (while all the rest of the fun is free of charge, the food served will be for purchase), all alongside the lawn games, hay rides and face painters… who will be thrilled to turn your little climber into an actual monkey!
If that’s not enough, all of Light Farms 6 beautiful model homes will be open until 8pm for your touring pleasure! We even have a ton of move-in ready homes for you if you can’t wait to build. See for yourself why so many residents have fallen in love with Light Farms (like we know you will!). Just be sure to visit the Information Center – we’ve got prizes all day long.Â

Driving Directions:
- Take the Dallas North Tollway north to Hwy 380 (where the tollway currently ends)
- Continue north along Dallas Parkway for about 4 miles (you will pass W. Prosper Trail and Frontier Pkwy)
- Turn right onto Light Farms Way at the Light Farms water tower
- Follow Light Farms Way until you cross the bridge – you’ll see The Barn Yard on your right.
There will be plenty of event and parking directional signage to help guide you in, don’t worry! We can’t wait to see you!
