John Burns* Annual Top 50 Master-Planned Communities of 2015 report has been released, and Light Farms has been named the #23 selling community in the nation! Its sister property, Phillips Creek Ranch, came in at #25, up from #28 in 2014. Here’s a snippet we loved from the report:
“Annie Radecki, who recently joined John Burns from Pulte’s Texas region, states in the report that ‘Light Farms in Dallas proves that buyers will still commute for value. 402 buyers last year took advantage of low prices relative to closer-in areas, great amenities, and the promise of great access once the Dallas North Tollway is completed.’”
