With the influx of new residents come new homes. Light Farms, a 908-acre master planned community, has seen huge numbers in its first year. Despite the expectations of developers, who expected the lowest priced homes to come in at $240,000, the development surpassed expectations, and the lowest priced homes are valued at $305,000.According to city documents, by this fall, Light Farms is expected to have 670 lots completed from eight different residential homebuilders.
