Tucked away behind a grove of trees just north of our future Graham neighborhood is our newest addition to the community – Light Farms Honey Bees!
The bees are overseen by Indigo resident & professional apiarist Rod Boyd; who got into the bee business to help combat his granddaughter’s severe allergies (who also lives in Indigo!)
Lovingly named “the girls”, Rod’s bees will soon be hard at work producing honey…and yes, the honey will be available for sale in the Information Center (Light Farms will not profit from this sale – it will be a direct pass through to Mr. Boyd!)
