Britton Homes, part of the Perry Homes brand and newcomer to Light Farms, are well on their way to completing their model home in our new Hazel neighborhood. Check out this progress shot! A little heat can’t stop these guys… things are really moving.
Hazel will feature 60’ lots by Britton Homes and Drees Homes, as well as Almanac Park, and plenty of native landscape, trees and green space which will be in place by the end of Summer. To top it off, all three new neighborhoods – Hazel, Parkview and Hawthorne – will house a lake system featuring six lakes, each of which is larger than our current largest lake. All in all, we are adding another 25 acres of lakes and 23 acres of parks and green space to complement our currently existing 132 acres. And, as may’ve read about, we’re also extending our current hike & bike trail system all the way to Frontier Park, adding more mileage for our residents to stay active and enjoy the outdoors!
