There are so many reasons we love Light Farms, like the fantastic residents, the beautiful outdoor spaces, the awesome lifestyle and of course, some amazing homes. Every now and then we love to poke our heads in each of our models to chat with the Sales Counselors, learn more about the products, and we are always left impressed after viewing the models (even if it’s our tenth tour!). This past week we decided to feature some of our fabulous Light Farms kitchen and dining areas.
Pictured above (in the top two images), you can see why we love this kitchen and breakfast nook in our Highland Homes model! We could get some serious meal prep and work done while the kids are eating their breakfast or after-school snacks. Designed by IBB Design Fine Furnishings, you can come see it for yourself in our Maydelle neighborhood. There are 2 homes currently in the construction process that will be complete in September, plus, 36 more lots were just released in the next and final phase of Maydelle! You don’t want to miss out!
The two bottom images feature our Shaddock Homes model kitchen and dining area – another showstopper. We adore the airy, open feel complete with stunning millwork and plenty of natural light! (We may actually invite the in-laws over more with a dining table like this!) Check out our Shaddock model in our Grange neighborhood. They’ve got 3 homes in the construction process with one ready in October and two in December, as well as 49 new lots released in the next phase of Grange, just waiting for you!
