We are happy to introduce our next phase of new neighborhoods: Hazel, Parkview and Hawthorne… as well as the beautiful park systems we have in store! With over 500 home sales in 24 months, we are breaking ground on 282 new lots:
– Hazel: (108) 60′ lots | Drees Homes & Scott Felder Homes (NEW)
– Parkview: (24) 80′ lots | Huntington Homes (NEW)
– Hawthorne: (79) 60′ lots & (71) 50′ lots | American Legend, Highland & MainVue Homes (NEW)
In addition to new builders and homes, we’ll also be unveiling some amazing new amenities, parks & green space. Above you can see a rendering of the neighborhood entry park, called Mill Park, which will include a central wind turbine, as both a functional source of energy and a sculptural art piece, as well as plenty of open space, and Stockwell Pond, stocked for fishing. We’ll also have a beautiful park in the middle of our Hazel neighborhood, Almanac Park, which will have a spiraling wood feature, winding pathways and native landscape, trees and shrubs. In addition, there will be a beautiful esplanade on Parkview Drive called Greenway Park, that will include tree-lined walking paths, shaded benches, open green space with seating areas for residents and beautiful native landscape. There will also be a large circular shaped park right on Hudson Greenbelt, home to a playground for the kiddos with thoughtfully designed green space set next to a glistening lake. To top it off, Hazel, Parkview & Hawthorne will house a lake system featuring six lakes, each of which is larger than our current largest lake. All in all, we are adding another 25 acres of lakes and 23 acres of parks and green space.
Our new park systems are all centered around the idea of bringing our residents closer together as families and as neighbors – and to enjoy an active, outdoor lifestyle which has always been an important theme of Light Farms.
