New neighborhoods Hazel, Parkview and Hawthorne are coming along! We updated you last month that the trees along the main boulevard in Parkview (which will make up a beautiful esplanade) are being planted. Check out the latest photo we snapped of the progress… they’re almost completely finished! (And something even cooler – upon completion, the trees will even have color-changing uplighting!) Landscaping in each of these three new neighborhoods is currently underway, which will include new parks, lakes and green space consisting of native Texas grasses, shrubs and trees, paved paths and walkways, shaded areas with benches, and beautiful art features – carefully crafted places for you and your family to spend time outdoors, gather with neighbors and discover your new community.
And, we can’t forget about the homes! With the addition of Hazel, Parkview and Hawthorne we’re welcoming three new builders to the community: Huntington, MainVue and Britton Homes.
