New homes by Highland and K. Hovnanian aren’t the only new builds in the next phase of Cypress… we are also hard at work completing our new Cypress Park which will be ready in the coming weeks!
Perfect for those cooler Fall get-togethers, this park is designed with family in mind, as it features a 12-foot gathering table with pretty pendant lights hanging overhead, as well as 2 large grills with plenty of counter space. There’s a large green space adjacent for the kiddos to run and play, or throw the football, and there’s even a fire pit with chairs surrounding to wrap up and sip some hot tea, cocoa or cocktail when things really start to cool down outside.
