Q: What do you do for the Light Farms Team?
LS: I’m a sales associate at Light Farms. I welcome visitors into our community and show them everything we have to offer by sharing the community’s updates and giving them tours of our facilities. I also help coordinate events at the Barn Yard, including various realtor events and community social gatherings.
Q: You live in our Grange neighborhood. Tell us how you found Light Farms and why you fell in love with it?
LS: Yes! My husband and I narrowed our home search to the Prosper/Celina area upon our relocation to the DFW area and came across Light Farms during an internet search. We drove to the community and we were immediately drawn to the rustic character and numerous amenities. The development was in the infant stage, but the beauty and the character of the community were very apparent!
Q: What do you like best about helping other families find their home here?
LS: It is truly exciting to welcome newcomers to Light Farms! It is a joy and graceful journey to watch as they fall in love with the community! Listening to everyone’s needs and wishes, then watching how the community meets their expectations is so rewarding!
Q: What makes Light Farms unique?
LS: Light Farms found a way to incorporate the beauty of North Texas into the development throughout the extensive water features and open green spaces by adding characteristic features including the tractors, the split rail fencing and the rural landscaping. By borrowing from the history and roots of the land, LF has created a beautiful and engaging place to call home.
Q: What is your favorite thing about Light Farms?
LS: My favorite thing about Light Farms is the vision that developer Republic Property Group (RPG) has for this unique master planned community. Although the development is still in its early stage, the extensive planning of the community embraces the charm of a close knit neighborhood.
Q: What advice do you have for families that are looking to relocate and considering Light Farms?
LS: Light Farms offers neighborhoods and homes to suit a wide variety of lifestyles. Tour our community and model homes and I am sure you will fall in love with the community as you can envision a new place to call home for you and your family.
Q: What’s your favorite thing to do when you aren’t working?
LS: My favorite activity outside work is spending time with my family and friends, and volunteering at the schools and local communities. I love meeting new people and love helping our community thrive!
