New neighborhoods, Hazel, Parkview and Hawthorne, are moving right along. We updated you last week that these three neighborhoods are now fully paved, and we’ve got another update: all the trees along the main boulevard (which will make up a beautiful esplanade) are planted! Check out the side by side image above with the rendering of the esplanade next to the progress of the trees. This carefully crafted landscaping will be followed by more parks, green space, amenities and eventually, homes!
Speaking of the homes, with the addition of Hazel, Parkview and Hawthorne we’re welcoming three new builders to the community: Huntington, MainVue and Scott Felder Homes. They will join Light Farms alums American Legend and Drees in these neighborhoods, unveiling brand new products of the highest quality.
