We get a lot of questions about the railroad that runs alongside the eastern portion of our development…the most frequent being, “when will a vehicular crossing be constructed?” After diligently working with BNSF railroad, we can finally say that this will be happening soon!
Cypress Creek, the east/west road that runs in front of our Graham neighborhood (just north of The Barn Yard) currently dead ends. But at the end of this year, Cypress Creek will cross the railroad tracks with a (safe, yet horn free) vehicular railroad crossing; then curve around and head south, turning into Worthington Drive. Worthington, noted by a refurbished Worthington tractor, will cut through Cypress and Sage and intersect with Frontier Parkway. We are excited about the many ways this new addition will safely connect our community!
