As you may know, dirtwork has been in full swing on the next phases of Cypress & Sage (pictured above) as well as our new Eastland neighborhood for months now! In these new phases, located just north of current Cypress & Sage neighborhoods on Worthington Way (which you can see toward the top of this picture), we’re wrapping up leveling and preparing the land to deliver a record number of lots – 458 – to builders this Fall! With so many new 50’ and 60’ beautiful homes coming soon, you’re sure to find the perfect one at Light Farms for you and your family.
