Hazel, Parkview and Hawthorne, our latest neighborhoods at Light Farms, are filling out! In this latest flyover image you can see all the homes being built throughout each of the three neighborhoods. As you may already know, we’ve welcomed three new builders to these neighborhoods, Huntington, MainVue and Britton Homes, as they join Light Farms alums American Legend, Highland and Drees in unveiling brand new products alongside all the parks, lakes & green space these neighborhoods have to offer. Here’s the breakdown of each neighborhood including lot sizes and builders:

The landscape in these three neighborhoods is pretty much complete and consists of beautiful parks, trees, native plants, flowers and open green space for you & your family to explore. To top it off, Hazel, Parkview and Hawthorne houses a lake system featuring six lakes, each of which is larger than our current largest lake. All in all, we’ve added another 25 acres of lakes and 23 acres of parks and green space to complement our currently existing 132 acres. And, we extended our hike & bike trail system last year so it now stretches through these neighborhoods all the way down to Frontier Park, adding more mileage for you to stay active and enjoy the outdoors.
