Nestled in our Sage neighborhood is the aptly named Sage Gardens, a park featuring six raised beds filled with herbs, vegetables and seasonal plants. This community garden was created in 2016 and instantly became a big hit with the residents, many of whom had never gardened before.
If you haven’t checked out Sage Gardens, located in the southern portion of our Sage neighborhood, you should plan a visit. Our neighbors tend to the garden as it if it were in their own backyard. From flowers like marigolds, to herbs like basil + thyme, to chard, greens, lettuces, tomatoes and even spring green onions, it truly is a labor of love.
Whether you already call Light Farms home or are looking to do so, swing by Sage Gardens to see it for yourself!
