Meet the two newest additions to the community: Cypress and Sage!
Located on the southeast end of the property, Cypress is made up of one hundred and nineteen (119) 60-foot lots, and Sage is made up of one hundred and seventy two (172) 50-foot lots…a grand total of 291 new lots delivered!
Builders Horizon and K. Hovnanian are both new to Light Farms, and both will be debuting new floor plans and elevations especially created for our community. Not only are these homes entirely new products, they will start in the $240’s…seriously.
